It’s time to take possession of your life.
Have you ever been going along day to day…and suddenly realized the excitement and passion you used to have seems to have faded a bit? Or a lot?
Or you have this itch, this restlessness, this voice deep inside that keeps whispering of the life you’re yearning to live…but currently aren’t?
Yeah, me too.
It happens to all of us at some point — particularly during transitional stages of life — and it can be hard to know how to get your mojo back. Or have the gumption to bust a new move.
I’ve been that person…
I remember feeling stuck and almost trapped, honestly, in a job that was slowly draining the life out of me, frustrated by my lack of clear direction and with no idea what my Big Dream was.
I’ve been the woman who poured all her energy and heart into other people’s ideas, businesses, and endeavors, only to wonder when circumstances would make it possible to pursue something near and dear to my own heart. I’d wonder: When is it going to be MY time?
I had plenty of those dark nights of the soul where I worried life was passing me by while I was trying to figure things out…and wished more than anything I didn’t feel so alone in the process.
So how did I end up becoming the woman whose own deep desires and purpose finally came into focus?
How did I go from feeling hopelessly stuck to knowing it was time to go for it, even though I was finding my way as I went?
And how do I muster the moxie to keep going after my dreams and desires in the face of the inevitable challenges and stuff life throws at us?
The truth is…
There are a dozen ways to cultivate self-love, confidence, and the courage to make some changes and try new things.
You’ve probably:
read every self-help book on how to thrive and live a great life,
spent countless hours scrolling and liking inspirational quotes, posts, & articles,
or even hoped that clarity, direction, and the courage to claim your happiness would magically appear when the time was right.
But after finding my own way from “hopelessly stuck” to “hopeful and soaring,” I recommend doing things differently…
In fact, going it alone doesn’t work well, because:
deep and lasting transformation doesn’t come from a quick “fix” or a single insight,
seeking answers and direction on your own means you miss some of the root causes of your stuckness, lack of confidence, or reluctance to move forward,
it’s very hard to connect all the dots by yourself and know which things to focus on,
there’s no accountability, no community, & it’s all too easy to fizzle out.
So what’s the key to starting off the new year tapping into your soul’s desires, and mustering the courage to live a life that’s fully aligned with who you are at your core…?
“The lasting magic that occurs when soulful women come together with intention?
It’s powerful and undeniable.”
