Who’s this for?

The Flight Project is for any female-identifying person who feels called to participate, is well enough to participate, and is willing to commit to her own growth and emergence as well as that of her fellow flyers.

You don’t have to have done any previous work with Moxie to be part of this — there are no prerequisites.

Does it make sense to do The Flight Project again if I’ve done it before?

We are ever-evolving creatures — we’re meant to keep shedding old feathers, soaring to new heights, and expanding our precious woman-friend circles.

This is a new year of life, with new challenges…new depths to explore… and new dreams and desires to pursue.

How much time will I need to devote to this each week?

We meet for 2 hours every Tuesday evening (7-9 pm eastern) throughout the program.

Beyond that, you would likely want to devote at least an hour a week to journaling and other practices suggested for you to try.

Most of what we do in The Flight Project, however, is incorporated in your daily life — noticing how you show up in the world, how you interact, and how you operate.

In the third phase, you create a project of some sort that can be done in the space of 3-4 weeks. How much time that takes is entirely up to you. For some people, the project is about carving out more time, more fun, more creative pursuits. For others, it’s tackling something that feels big, like finally retiring, getting out there and dating again, or taking the first steps to start a new business venture.

No need to worry about what your project will be. You’ll be guided through the whole process, and by the time we get to this point, you’ll be all set

I won’t be able to attend every session — is that a problem?

While there’s obviously no substitute for being there LIVE, every session is recorded and the replays made available. You can absolutely do the program and get the benefits if you take advantage of the replays when you miss a session.
