The Flight Project
For women ready to soar.
Many of us have longed for something we haven’t known how to name.
Our souls know the wisdom of women gathering…sharing…being seen…being safe…having midwives for growth all around.
Yet we have been conditioned to go it alone.
The Flight Project is a diverse female tribe committed to loving our unique and evolving expressions of womanhood.
I believe this is a way for us all to open up our hearts to ourselves and each other like never before.
We’re going to learn how to fly together.
Transformation can’t wait.
We’ve spent enough time in our lives waiting for that one passion project, that dream, that goal, to work out. It’s time.
There’s a new form of female empowerment wanting to emerge. Though in many ways, it’s not new at all.
There are ways of knowing within us that are as natural and beautiful and flowing as the murmuration of birds.
The phenomenon of “murmuration” is when huge flocks of birds (starlings, to be exact) in migration form shape-shifting flight patterns, a wonder to behold.
The birds don’t collide and crash while flying and changing flight patterns, because they evolved this way. The birds are keenly attuned to the flight of the other birds as well as their own. The more distant birds move closer. And the fluid magic ensues.
Let’s tap into our wildness and innate magic.
To feel our primal, tribal natures and the ability to believe in and fiercely hold space for each other.
To know that each of us has a distinct role to play in the elevation of ourselves and our sisters.
To be together with grace and generosity and vulnerability.
To trust ourselves and our wings and the built-in ability to fly and soar and dance.
For us to become the women we were born to be, we need to be profoundly seen, to share our stories, to be heard and held, and to learn from each other.
We have been taught to be vigilant and cautious around other women. We’re wary of those we perceive to be “better off” or “better looking” or “more outgoing” or “smarter” or “more talented” or even “more courageous.” We’re conditioned to seek women of our own age to be around. The same race. The same sexual orientation. The same level of wellness and ablebodied-ness. The same level of perceived accomplishment. The same level of freedom to be.
Our hearts shrink back or slam shut when we perceive there’s any risk of being judged or rejected or found to be less than. Or that we’ll be considered too weird, too fringe, too big, too much. Well guess what? That means our hearts and souls are less available to love ourselves as well.
I believe we will evolve exponentially when we unlearn some ways of being with each other and bravely form and step into a diverse, nurturing tribe to hold our hearts, reflect our greatness back to us, and remind us all we have total permission to fly.
Here’s what you need to know.
For the past several years, I have offered a curriculum of three programs — The Moxie Trilogy, made up of the Soul Care Masterclass, Awakenings and Greenhouse — which were designed to build on each other and empower women in caring for their souls, opening their hearts, and bravely claiming the right to live the life that feels most “them.”
The Flight Project will be a 6-month Moxie intensive. We’ll fly through all three programs at a higher altitude than ever before. And then some.
Given some of the deep work I’ve been doing, I’m not the same person leading those programs as I was even a month ago. Our learning to fly together in this magical, beautiful way demands new perspectives, practices and conversations.
“Art reveals the hidden laws of the world, which without art would remain hidden.” -Goethe
We will be in a sacred container that is itself going to be informed and shaped by the flight and energy of the women in it. We’ll experience murmuration.
I predict the results will be crazy wonderful, because it won’t be a bunch of individuals participating, it’ll be a freaking TRIBE of women getting all UNAPOLOGETIC and UNABASHED and UNLEASHED together. Coming out the other side having been through a self-created rite of passage that will have us unrecognizable to our previous selves. Being very much US.
You can anticipate more woo. Prepare to be stretched. Get ready to meet your spirit guides. We’ll be drawing upon some shamanic practices, particularly emphasizing the healing nature of beauty, nature, creativity and self expression.
This could very well be the only time The Flight Project happens.
Or maybe it’ll become a thing.
I have no idea, and I don’t need to know that right now.
This I know: I’ve been entrusted with some new insights and material and perspectives to share, and it’s not a solitary pursuit. I need the alchemy of this particular group to explore some exciting and unfamiliar territory.
The more I allow my own true nature to come out of hiding, the more amazing women are stepping forward to say ah, NOW you have my attention. Where are we going with this?
I am calling in women who are interested in bringing conscious intention to a process of reinvention that’s both personal and collective, and doing that in sacred community.
We have no idea what’s really possible.
For those of you who would like more detail regarding the three programs and spaces we’ll be moving through together, see below.
THE SPACES OF THE FLIGHT PROJECT
THE SPACES OF THE FLIGHT PROJECT
Ready?
Here’s what it’s going to look like.
UNAPOLOGETIC
(APR 17, 24, MAY 1, 8, 15)
To be unapologetic, to stride through the world with a deep, grounded confidence no matter what you threw on that morning or what life throws at you — that takes knowing WHO YOU ARE. And how you get to that is to discover what really matters to you. Getting a sense of the dreams that live just beneath your skin, the fears and apprehensions that hold us back in ways we don’t even notice at first, and an important spirit guide who’s waiting in the wings for you to invite her brilliant, wise and very loving collaboration.
UNABASHED
(MAY 23, 30, JUN 6, 13, 20, 27)
To be unabashed is to be FREE of being embarrassed, disconcerted, or ashamed. You know who you are and how you like to love the world, and you are taking inventory. Where in your life is your essence being expressed? Let’s celebrate and honor that. Where do you find your Soul has taken a back seat? We’re going to give her the space to lead, and see where she takes us. The presence of the Divine Feminine becomes very real in your life.
UNLEASHED
(JUL 12, 19, 26, AUG 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, Sep 6, 13, 20, 27, OCT 4, 11, 18, 25)
By the time we’ve flown this far together, there’s only one way we’re going, and that’s UP. This is where we’ll be spending the most time. We have definitely not been taught by the world how to tend to our Souls and produce big results at the same time, we’re conditioned to believe it must be one or the other. In the final phase of The Flight Project, you’ll create a project that represents getting your true essence expressed in some way that inspires you and makes you come alive. We’ll practice surrendering the ego that tells us we’re responsible for everything, and we’ll slip into delicious ease-go. This is where synchronicity becomes your friend, and together we step into an abundance of opportunity and love and support we didn’t know was there for the taking. Once you’ve experienced this in your own body and soul and life, you’ll never want to go back to the old way.
The intention of The Flight Project is to free us of self-imposed wing clipping…
and to remember what it’s like to be women who fly higher because we are together.
I imagine you have questions…
Who’s this for?
The Flight Project is for any female-identifying person who feels called to participate, is well enough to participate, and is willing to commit to her own growth and emergence as well as that of her sisters in the tribe.
Also, if you’re called to be part of this, a current lack of financial resources will not be a barrier.
See next section below.

How to join
The Flight Project
Apr 17 - Oct 25 2023
$4,500
If you have access to financial security, own property, or have personal savings;
if you are able to pay for ‘wants’ and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life;
if you have economic privilege and power in our community, this price is for you.
By choosing this price, you are “paying it forward” and contributing to a more equitable world by supporting course access for those with less.
I invite you to join me on this adventure and journey through Moxie’s secrets of feminine magic as it’s never been experienced before.
Your doing so is a gift of trust, and I am very humbled. I am going to bring my best to this and know that it’s not all about me anyway, I’m simply a catalyst. You are the artist who will create ways of being and outcomes we can’t even anticipate right now.
In return, I give you my trust. This is my livelihood, I’m dealing with my own financial challenges, and I am just now myself awakening into some new conversations about abundance and money and how it truly is all energy.
And I’ve been guided to offer this experience on a sliding scale based on an honor system. (The usual Club Moxie discount will not apply here.)
If you want to join The Flight Project:
Look at the criteria for each category below and select the one that best fits your own situation.
Decide whether you want to go with the payment plan or pay in full now for a slightly lower price.

We’ve already got women saying yes to this. I’ll reach out to you soon after you register with the details you need. Things are moving fast, and we meet for the first time on April 17.
REGISTER TODAY!
Please read the following criteria and determine which price is appropriate for you.
$3,300
You may be paying off debt or working to build savings, but you also have access to steady income.
You do NOT spend most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc.
Making this investment might mean you might have to cut back on some discretionary spending in your life (such as going out to dinner, buying coffee, buying a new outfit, or going on vacation), but the sacrifice is short-term, and will not harm you in the long term.
$1,300
You have access to basic needs such as food, housing, and child care, though sometimes it may feel difficult.
You are able to be creative and committed enough to make this work for you, but the middle tier price would mean you would have to eliminate yourself from The Flight Project for financial reasons.
Please be mindful that if you opt into a lower price when you can truthfully afford a higher price, you are limiting access to those who truly need the gift of financial flexibility. If buying this course means making short-term sacrifices, having to get creative, or asking others for financial support, but does not actually jeopardize your safety, I ask that you use those resources before using the sliding scale, which will limit opportunities for others.
You being honest about your financial situation helps us grow a healthy and sustainable community. It also respects my work and the contributions of my generous advisors and guides.
If you are someone for whom even the lowest tier price is truly prohibitive, and you can demonstrate that you are a great fit for The Flight Project, please write to me immediately. Depending on how this goes, I may be able to accommodate some women in this situation. Those who are traditionally marginalized, that is: people who are Black, Indigenous, People of Color, LGBTQIA+, or disabled are especially encouraged to reach out.
This model is inspired by Simone Seol, a woman I study with and greatly admire, who is working to create a conscious, intentional and value-aligned culture of payment.

In May of 2022, I had a sudden knowing it was time to move from downtown Chicago to Georgia to be near trees and birds and family. Six weeks later, I was unpacking in a new home outside Marietta. Since then, a whole new possibility has shown up for me, and I want that for you, too.
A bit about me: I’m an award-winning international journalist, managed Hallmark’s internal think tank, and was Global Director of PR for Landmark Worldwide. I’ve also been an executive coach, brand stylist, corporate spokesperson and media trainer. I’m certified in neurotransformational coaching and am currently studying with the Centre of Applied Jungian Studies.
I leave you with this poem:
Hopi Elders’ Prophecy
You have been telling people that this is the Eleventh Hour, now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour. And there are things to be considered…
Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know your garden.
It is time to speak your truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for your leader.
Then he clasped his hands together, smiled, and said, “This could be a good time! There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart and will suffer greatly. Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.
And I say, see who is in there with you and celebrate. At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally, least of all ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey come to a halt.
The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves! Banish the word ‘struggle’ from your attitude and your vocabulary. All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”
—Hope Elders’ Prophecy, June 8, 2000
