Our House of Dreams is the famous Gingerbread House in the heart of Savannah’s Victorian district. Moxie’s magic will be right at home in this beautifully restored mansion with over 120 years of history, intricate gingerbread trim, and soaring ceilings.

Each participant will create her own Dream Keeper, a symbolic representation of the guidance, qualities, and courage needed to bring her dreams to life.

Your Dream Keeper embodies the wisdom, inspiration, and strength to overcome limiting beliefs and step into your boldest dreams. It is a tangible reminder of the woman you’re becoming and the vision you’re creating.
Crafted with Meaning:
You’ll use a doll-making kit from a renowned Tucson artist who has spent decades creating spiritually meaningful dolls. The materials and process are intentionally designed to foster creativity, enchantment, and personal connection.
A Tactile Anchor for Transformation:
As you craft your Dream Keeper, you’ll integrate your insights and aspirations into a beautiful, meaningful object to guide you forward.

The Gingerbread House—an eccentric, extravagant, elegant jewel in the heart of Savannah’s Victorian district—is the perfect home for a bunch of magical, badass women to come together, share their stories, laugh a lot, and alchemize some divinely delicious new realities.
Built in 1899 by Cord Asendorf, this magnificent house with its intricate gingerbread trim and soaring ceilings is not only a famous landmark that’s been visited by presidents and featured in movies…it’s also considered among the finest examples of Steamboat Gothic architecture in America.
While the accommodations vary in style and size, the focus of the retreat is on the transformative experience, not the bed you sleep in. Room assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis, ensuring fairness and ease.
Most retreat participants will share a double-occupancy room with another guest. Making new friends and being part of a creative tribe is part of the experience.

Our cancellation policy:
Please read in full and note:
By reserving your space through placing your deposit with us, you are agreeing to the stated policies in our Agreement.
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $1,000 USD retainer.*
A 50% refund (minus $1,000 nonrefundable retainer) will be provided on cancellations between Dec 10 and Dec 31, 2024. *
A 30% refund (minus $1,000 nonrefundable retainer) will be provided on cancellations between Jan 1 and Jan 31.*
After Feb 1, 2025, no refunds will be issued.*
No refund/credit will be provided for premature leaving of the retreat or failure to arrive at the retreat for any reason.
If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travelex Insurance online to get a quote and choose policy options.

COVID-19 Specifics
Your safety is very important to us!
We will adhere to all COVID-19 travel requirements at the time of travel and will keep you informed of any updates.
There are no requirements for vaccination or masks on this retreat at the time of this writing (December 2024), but you’re always welcome to wear a mask if you like. We will have N-95 masks and will also have some rapid Covid tests on hand if needed.
If you’re concerned about rooming with someone who has made a different vaccination choice than you, please let us know your needs in the pre-event forms and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Please inquire for specifics if you’d like to know more. Also keep in mind that we don’t give refunds if you have to cancel, which makes it all the more important that your travel insurance includes Covid-related cancellations.
Please note: We are sorry but injury and illness do not disqualify you from any of our cancellation policies. We are UNABLE to transfer deposits or any payments from one year to the next year.
In the rare case of a cancellation on the part of It’s Time for Moxie LLC (due to political unrest, dangerous weather, virus, presidential elections, disease, pandemic, natural disasters, or low registrations) we will offer a transfer to another retreat and transfer your payments to the new dates/experience.
There will be no refunds in the cases of cancellation due to any virus, disease, natural disaster, presidential elections, political unrest, bad weather or low registrations. It’s Time for Moxie LLC IS NOT to be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets/travel expenses due to changes in itineraries or program cancellation.

We’ll have women coming to Georgia from all over the country. Transportation is NOT included. It is up to you to get to House of Dreams.
If you live within driving distance, you can drive there directly. If you are flying, we suggest the Savannah airport.
For liability reasons, It’s Time For Moxie can’t arrange ride sharing among the campers.

We’ve got you covered! Deb will send a suggested packing list 6-8 weeks prior to the retreat.

This is, first and foremost, YOUR experience. While we have designed the various elements of it to create a transformative flow, if you’re ever feeling tired or want some alone time, we trust you to know what’s right for you. Our plan includes free time for you every afternoon.
